"Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 5:18-20)
Music plays a very important part in the activities and worship services here at St. Andrews Church. Our music director is the talented Michael Poutiainen, who plays a variety of musical instruments.
He has been involved with music at our church for the better part of 10 years. Michael is also director of 2 choirs at our congregation, along with music teacher at our preschool.
If you are interested in serving our church with your musical gifts, please contact Michael.
We are looking for singers and instrumentalists.
Everyone is welcome to sing with our church choirs.
Finnish choir practice and hymn sing along in Friday morning at 9:30 A.M.
English (Chapel) Choir is Monday at 5:45 P.M.
